Taking nitrate medications (e.g., nitroglycerin) or poppers.

Recent heart attack or stroke, uncontrolled low blood pressure.

Severe liver/kidney disease, or retinitis pigmentosa.

Unstable chest pain/angina or irregular heartbeat.

Previous allergy to ED medication.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. The level of care and professionalism was truly outstanding.

The medical assistant, Suha, was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very understanding of my condition as a slip disc patient. She took the time to reassure and calm me before the injection, as I have a fear of needles, which I greatly appreciated.

Dr. provided a very clear, detailed, and structured explanation of my condition and the treatment. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.

Overall, it was an excellent consultation and a very reassuring medical experience. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience. The consultation was extremely short and rushed, to the point that it left me wondering what the doctor had actually checked. There was no proper medical history taken, including no questions about possible sick contacts.

My niece came yesterday due to a high fever, but the examination was very brief and lacked thorough assessment. This morning, we went to another clinic where the doctor immediately performed a swab test, and the result was positive for COVID-19.

I was also questioned about why I came in the middle of the night, which was inappropriate considering the clinic operates 24 hours. If patients are not expected to seek treatment at that time, the clinic should not advertise itself as a 24-hour clinic.

Overall, the consultation fee was not justified given the poor quality of service provided.

Bad one. I recently went there with my fiance and the doctor acted very unprofesionally. When he tried to explain my condition, the doctor questioned him in a rude and condescending tone. I was already in a passive state due to anxiety and the way he spoke made it worse. As a doctor, you should remain professional especially when dealing with patients who are already unwell. We are also from the medical field, we were just seeking confirmation on whether we should proceed with a certain action or not. Not recommended at all. Nope.

I visited Klinik Faizal dan Rakan Rakan, and had a really positive experience. One thing that stood out was despite the clinic being busy with many patients at the time, i didnt have to wait long at all, which really impressed me and made the whole visit much more convenient. Dr Aisyah was really great and nice. She took time to explain everything clearly, making sure i understood my condition and the treatment options. Receptionist/ assistant also took time to go to my medications in detail. They made sure i understood how and when to take them, which really helped me feel confident about my treatment. Did a medical checkup for pre-employment at 730pm. They are open for medical checkup until 8pm because their X-ray machine operates until 8pm. Cost RM50 for med checkup which includes urine test and RM62 for chest X-ray. They give the x-ray film and report to us too. Most affordable rate compared to other clinics. Got the results on the same day as well. Totally recommended, only spent 1 hour here.
