I would highly recommend this clinic. I came here after being involved in a road accident, and the care I received was truly outstanding.
Although I waited for about 30 minutes as there were a few patients ahead of me, I completely understood because the clinic was busy. Once it was my turn, the team attended to me promptly and gave me their full attention without making me feel rushed.
Dr. Marwan Hadiid (locum doctor) was exceptionally professional and thorough. He immediately assessed my injuries from head to toe and started treating me without delay. He noticed a small but deep wound that could have become infected if left open, and he recommended getting stitches straight away to prevent future complications.During the stitching procedure, he was very gentle, patient, and reassuring. Whenever I felt pain, he gave me time to relax before continuing, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
The clinic assistantsaround 3 to 4 Malay ladies and 1 Malay gentleman (I’m sorry I can’t remember their names)were also amazing. They were very kind, proactive, and supportive throughout the whole process. One of the nurses even stood beside me, encouraged me, and asked me to hold her while the doctor was stitching my wound because she knew I was in pain. Their compassion meant so much to me.What touched me the most was how everyone treated me with genuine care and kindness. Even though I’m Indian, I never felt like I was treated differently. They treated me like one of their own, and that made a difficult experience much easier to go through.

Went there for many times but not anymore. Train ur new young doctors to have some senses and empathy when treating patients. We didn't purchase medicines or mc for free. It comes with heavy pain, burnout, fever, headaches and many more. Tq to all experienced Dr. Not to new Dr!

From my point of view, Klinik Faizal Dan Rakan-Rakan 24 JAM gives a very good experience. The service was nice, smooth, and professional, which is very important when patients come for medical needs.
I really appreciate that this clinic operates 24 hours because it is very helpful for people who may need treatment outside normal clinic hours. Sometimes health problems happen at night, during weekends, or unexpectedly, so having a 24-hour clinic gives patients peace of mind.
The doctors were also friendly and approachable. This makes a big difference because patients usually feel worried or uncomfortable when visiting a clinic. When the doctor explains well and treats patients kindly, it helps patients feel more calm and confident.
I also want to appreciate the radiographer for the X-ray service. The radiographer was nice and handled the process well, which made the experience more comfortable. Good service from every department, not only the doctor, really shows that the clinic cares about patients.
Overall, Klinik Faizal Dan Rakan-Rakan 24 JAM gave me a very positive impression. Nice service, friendly doctors, helpful X-ray staff, and a convenient 24-hour clinic. Definitely a good place to go when you need medical attention.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. The level of care and professionalism was truly outstanding.

Dr. provided a very clear, detailed, and structured explanation of my condition and the treatment. Everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind.
Overall, it was an excellent consultation and a very reassuring medical experience. Highly recommended.

Very disappointing experience. The consultation was extremely short and rushed, to the point that it left me wondering what the doctor had actually checked. There was no proper medical history taken, including no questions about possible sick contacts.
My niece came yesterday due to a high fever, but the examination was very brief and lacked thorough assessment. This morning, we went to another clinic where the doctor immediately performed a swab test, and the result was positive for COVID-19.
I was also questioned about why I came in the middle of the night, which was inappropriate considering the clinic operates 24 hours. If patients are not expected to seek treatment at that time, the clinic should not advertise itself as a 24-hour clinic.
Overall, the consultation fee was not justified given the poor quality of service provided.

Bad one. I recently went there with my fiance and the doctor acted very unprofesionally. When he tried to explain my condition, the doctor questioned him in a rude and condescending tone. I was already in a passive state due to anxiety and the way he spoke made it worse. As a doctor, you should remain professional especially when dealing with patients who are already unwell. We are also from the medical field, we were just seeking confirmation on whether we should proceed with a certain action or not. Not recommended at all. Nope.

I visited Klinik Faizal dan Rakan Rakan, and had a really positive experience. One thing that stood out was despite the clinic being busy with many patients at the time, i didnt have to wait long at all, which really impressed me and made the whole visit much more convenient. Dr Aisyah was really great and nice. She took time to explain everything clearly, making sure i understood my condition and the treatment options. Receptionist/ assistant also took time to go to my medications in detail. They made sure i understood how and when to take them, which really helped me feel confident about my treatment. Overall, im really satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for efficient and caring healthcare ❤️❤️❤️

Did a medical checkup for pre-employment at 730pm. They are open for medical checkup until 8pm because their X-ray machine operates until 8pm. Cost RM50 for med checkup which includes urine test and RM62 for chest X-ray. They give the x-ray film and report to us too. Most affordable rate compared to other clinics. Got the results on the same day as well. Totally recommended, only spent 1 hour here.

This isn’t my first time coming here. The cleanliness is the finest. The doctors are friendly, especially Dr. Yusuf. They aren’t just friendly, but they put compassion on top of everything. That value we as patients look forward to in a doctor. The medications are top notch, it isn’t a basic and regular medication that we can simply buy at the pharmacy. Recommended to come here.
